How quickly can you start cleaning?
Most new clients are up and running within 48 hours of accepting a quote. Urgent same-day or next-day starts are often possible depending on team availability. Call us and we'll tell you straight.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. All our cleaning is month-to-month with no lock-ins. Scale up when you need to, scale down when you don't, or cancel with reasonable notice. We want you to stay because you're happy, not because you're stuck.
Are you insured?
Yes. $20 million public liability insurance through QBE. Every cleaner is police-checked, uniformed, and fully trained. Certificates available on request for building management, shopping centres, or tender submissions.
Do you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or overnight. We operate 24 hours a day, and most of our clients prefer after-hours cleaning so their business day is never disrupted. We work with your building's security protocols.
